Not only did they promptly return my forgotten hairbrush, but they also offered excellent ironing facilities, ensuring I looked my best for my Eastern European cultural explorations. The air conditioning in my room was a blessing after a long day of sightseeing, and the terrace provided a serene spot to unwind with a cup of tea before heading to the vibrant contemporary art scene. The soundproofed rooms allowed for a peaceful night's sleep, truly enhancing my overall experience at this exceptional hotel.
